Abstract

Research titled ?Influence of Furniture Product Quality to the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Sumar Jati Luhur Prima Nganjuk? was a descriptive research which was done to Nganjuk society. The research was done to find out whether variables of product quality has significant influence to the furniture customer satisfaction at PT. Sumar Jati Luhur Prima Nganjuk and also find out from which variables of product quality gave the largest contribution to the customer satisfaction to the furniture product PT. Sumar Jati Luhur Prima Nganjuk. Analytical tools used in the research was logistic regression analysis. Sampling technique was done by judgmental sampling. Analytical result showed that variables from product quality had significant influence to customer satisfaction at PT. Sumar Jati Luhur Prima Nganjuk could be concluded, that was performance 5,84%, character 4,44%, reliability 4,96%, adaptability 5,73%, durability 4,50%, Serviceability 5,84%, aesthetic 5,01%, percepted quality 4,98%. From the product variable quality, special variable gave the largest contribution to customer satisfaction at furniture product of PT. Sumar Jati Luhur Prima Nganjuk by 4,44%. According to the result, the writer could suggest that the company should progress its product quality to the consumer, epecially from special aspect, reliability, durability, aesthetic, quality percept since the fifth elements became the determiner or influenced the customer satisfaction. Beside, the company also corrected special variable since the variable has largest contribution to customer satisfaction of furniture product PT. Sumar Jati Luhur Prima Nganjuk. Besides, the company also paid attention to the performance, adaptability, serviceability, contribution to customer satisfaction. For another researcher, they could research another variables influenced customer satisfaction at product bought by using different data analysis method so that there possible to create development from this research.
