Commonly in control systems is recognized several kind control action, among others control action proporsional,integral ,and derivative.Each control action have certain excellence,that is proporsional control action have excellence of time rise which quickly. integral control action have excellence to minimize error. derivative control action have excellence to minimize or weaken overshot / undershot. PID controller will control every variable situation of motor of DC which measured for feedback. By applying control systems theory is got ease in obtaining performance ,at the same time improve the response of dynamic systems as expected. This research will applying and specification the discuss in arrange the DC motor .Then controller that used is PID controller that connected by realtime with hardware using I/O Board MF 624.Parameter determination of PID controller using method of root locus. By using stability of root-Locus can know position of pole and zero so that can searched the value of PID controller.By using PID controller at simulation had found the performance system that better than before, respon output of natural system stable situation in a short time that is 2 second with time delay 0.1 second.While at simulation by realtime with MF 624 system reinforcement as according to value which is wanted.
