Abstract

Zusammenfassung N 21-N 24-methylene bridged aetiobiliverdin-IV- γ and aetiobilirubin-IV- γ ( 2 and 5) were synthesized. Their spectroscopie properties were investigated with respect to a correlation with their unequivocal given tautomeric and steric structure. 2 was resolved partially and the chiroptical properties of this inherent chiral chromophore are discussed, moreover a tentative absolute configuration was deduced. The albumine or solvent induced chiroptical properties of 2 and 5 are compared with those of flexible parent compounds which serve as models for the corresponding natural pigments.
