Abstract

The professional of the information, requires within his process of competitiveness, mainly when exerting directive and/or management functions, counting on cognitive competences, abilities and attitudes that allow him to align to their work teams in front of the strategic positions of the organization and as well that allows him to compete within the equipment of high management. The world-wide present time requires of executives with strategist mind, prepared to innovate and to create strategies that allow to the organizations to be competitive in front of its environment.
