This graduation thesis is focused on a procedure of employees adaptation in the selected company. Nowadays the adaptation presents very imporstant personal activity in every organization. Concept „adaptation“ can be defined in different regions, e.g. psychological, biological, social and working, etc. For purposes of this work is investigated mainly adaptation to service conditions, which is comprehended in two levels. Newly arrival emplovees adaptation on the one side and adaptation of current employees to changes in the company on the second side. In practical parts was surveyed new employeeses satisfaction with procedure of adaptation, and in the next parts were surveyed current employees and thein adaptation to chase of workplace in company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, Inc. On the basis of surveys was possible to compare, how the theoretic agree with surveyed reality. It is possible to enunciate, that the organization Telefónica O2 try to approach to the problems of adaptation responsibly and try ensure employeeses satisfaction thereby good level of work performance. At the close of this graduation thesis are sumed u pall results and submitted draft of measures to improvement.
