Abstract

Abstract In this paper, we use the finite-temperature Green's function (Matsubara) method for the spin-polaron problem. Dyson's equation for the holon and for the spin wave, along with the holon specific heat, are subsequently discussed. We propose a theory developed here as a possible mechanism of high temperature superconductivity.
