A tree T is said to be β-magic if there exits a super magic labeling f such that then the vertices of T is partioned into three color classes C 1,C 2,C 3 so that the vertex labels in C i,i∈ {1,2,3} are all consecutive labels. In this paper we have given β-magic labeling of a class of trees with diameter four that do not admit consecutive super-magic ( α-magic) property of Fukuchi.
