Abstract

Abstract Using the Green function technique and the slave-boson approach in MFA the sound velocity in heavy fermion systems and the conditions for its quantum oscillations in an external magnetic field are obtained. The quasiparticle-phonon interaction is assumed to result from the volume dependence of the spin fluctuation temperature ( T ∗).
