Abstract

Abstract By the PMR method, the effect of octadecylamine on the molecular mobility in an epoxide resin was studied in a broad temperature range. It was found that the amine groups of octadecylamine are bound to the epoxide resin molecules by hydrogen bonds. In the oligomer, the presence of the modifier leads to an increase in the temperature of transition from the glassy to the visco elastic state, but in the cured resin it causes a decrease in the glass transition temperature.
