Abstract

Summary Normal values for alkaline phosphatase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase in rats and dogs were determined by optimised assay methods. It was also demonstrated that haemolysis caused the results to deviate considerably from the true values.
