Pr ca sa zaober stabiliz ciou svahu stavebnej jamy v developerskom projekte Obytn s bor Halalovka Tren n - Juh ktor realizuje stavebn spolo nos MONOLIT Slovakia s r o Na za iatku bude itate zozn men so samotn m projektom obytn ho s boru alej autor popisuje pr pravu projektov ch pr c s d razom na in inierskogeologick prieskum ktor bolo nutn zrealizova pre obozn menie sa s charakteristikami podlo ia v z ujmovom zem a n sledn spr vny n vrh z kladov ch a oporn ch kon trukci V nadch dzaj cej kapitole stru ne rozoberieme prvotn technick rie enie stabiliz cie svahu stavebnej jamy V pr ci je n sledne pop san za iatok v stavby a priebeh v kopov ch pr c pre oporn m ry po as ktor ch sa objavili priesaky podzemnej vody zo svahu a tie pri dokope viedli a k strate stability svahu pri bytovom dome 5 alej sa autor zaober doplnkov m in inierskogeologick m prieskumom ktor si investor objednal po zosuve svahu s cie om preveri charakteristiky podlo ia z h adiska hladiny podzemnej vody Postupne sa pr ca za ne venova n hradn mu a definit vnemu projektu stabiliz cie ktor bol spracovan u s nov mi poznatkami odhalen mi spom nan m doplnkov m in inierskogeologick m prieskumom V nasleduj cich kapitol ch sa dostaneme k praktickej asti tejto pr ce a teda k detailn mu technologick mu postupu v stavby opornej steny v kombin cii s pil tov m zakladan m trval mi zemn mi lanov mi kotvami a striekan m bet nom ktor zabezpe uje fin lnu trval stabiliz ciu svahu rozprestieraj ceho sa nad cel m obytn m s borom V z vere bud zhodnoten ciele bakal rskej pr ce The thesis deals with the stabilization of the slope of the construction pit in the development project Residential complex Halalovka Tren n - Juh which is realized by the construction company MONOLIT Slovakia s r o At the beginning the reader will be introduced to the residential complex project itself Then the author describes the preparation of the project works with an emphasis on the engineering-geological survey which was necessary to be carried out to get acquainted with the characteristics of the subsoil in the area of interest and the subsequent correct design of the foundation and support structures In the following chapter we will briefly discuss the initial technical solution for the slope stabilisation of the construction pit The beginning of the construction and the course of excavation works for the retaining walls during which groundwater seepage from the slope occurred and which led to the loss of slope stability at the apartment house No 5 during the excavation Furthermore the author discusses the additional engineering geological survey that the investor commissioned after the slope slide in order to verify the characteristics of the subsoil in terms of groundwater levels Gradually the thesis starts to deal with the replacement and definitive stabilisation project which has already been prepared with the new knowledge revealed by the aforementioned additional engineering geological survey In the following chapters we will come to the main part of this work namely the detailed technological procedure for the construction of the retaining wall in combination with pile foundation permanent earth anchors and shotcrete which provides the final permanent stabilisation of the slope extending over the entire residential complex In the conclusion chapter the objectives of the bachelor thesis will be evaluated
