La mise au point de r cepteurs nantios lectifs d oxy-anions chiraux repr sente un d fi majeur de la chimie supramol culaire Au cours des derni res d cennies plusieurs strat gies ont t d velopp es qui visaient la s paration nantios lective de mol cules chirales La plupart des r cepteurs d crits dans la litt rature sont cependant de nature organique Au laboratoire de Synth ses M tallo-Induites les propri t s de reconnaissance d anion d un complexe du Co III li par un ligand monoanionique tridentate NCN sym trique connu sous le nom de pince de van Koten ont t tablies Ainsi ce travail a t d di la pr paration d une version chirale de ce type de r cepteur Nous avons r alis la synth se de deux types de ligands chiraux NCN non sym triques pr sentant une structure diff rente l un avec un bras dim thylamine l autre avec un bras pyridine Les diff rentes fonctionnalisations apport es au ligand NCN ont eu pour but de g n rer un environnement pseudo-t tra drique chiral au niveau du m tal ins r l int rieur de la pince mais galement de tirer profit de la possibilit d int raction hydrog ne avec un des bras amin s du ligand-pince La cyclom tallation du premier ligand amin a donn lieu un m lange de compos s diast r om res instables o le m tal est retrouv l ext rieur de la pince La lithiation puis la transm tallation sur l or I a conduit un complexe m tall l int rieur de la pince La cyclom tallation du deuxi me ligand contenant une pyridine a permis l activation C-H l int rieur de la pinceconduisant deux complexes organom talliques instables et s isom risant l un vers l autre Une tude DFT a permis de proposer entre autres hypoth ses une isom risation entre un complexe NCN de coordination faciale et un complexe NCN de coordination m ridionale Nous avons galement d di ces travaux l tude des propri t s de reconnaissance nantios lective d un compos cycloruth n pr par partir du ligand R -1- 1-naphtyl thylamine vis- -vis de carboxylates de Mosher Les exp riences de complexation effectu es en solution dans le dichloromethane ont permis de mettre en vidence une s lectivit de 3 4 en faveur du carboxylate R Dans une exp rience d extraction la s lectivit en faveur du substrat R a t port e 6 The development of enantioselective receptors for chiral oxy-anions represents a major challenge in supramolecular chemistry In recent decades several strategies have been developed aimed at enantioselective separation of chiral molecules However most of the receptors described in the literature are organic based receptors In our laboratory the anion recognition properties of a Co III complex bound by a symmetrical monoanionic tridentate NCN ligand known as van Koten pincer were established This work was then focused on the preparation of a chiral version of this type of receptors We have synthesized two types of non-symmetrical chiral NCN ligands with different structures one with a dimethylamine arm and the other with a pyridine arm The different ligand designs were made to generate a pseudo-tetrahedral chiral environment at the metal center inserted into the pincer but also to take advantage of the possibility of hydrogen interaction with one arm of the pincer ligand The cyclometallation of the first amine ligand resulted in a mixture of unstable diastereomeric compounds where the metal was found outside of the pincer Lithiation and transmetallation to gold I led to a complex with the metal inside the pincer Cyclometallation of the second pyridine-containing ligand resulted in a CH activation within the pincer leading to two unstable organometallic complexes isomerizing one towards the other DFT studies have allowed to propose among other assumptions an isomerization between NCN facial coordination complex and NCN meridional coordination complex This work was also dedicated to the study of enantioselective recognition properties of a cycloruthenated compound prepared from the ligand R -1 - 1-naphtylethylamine vis- -vis Mosher carboxylates Complexation experiments carried out in solution in dichloromethane allowed the demonstration of a selectivity of 3 4 for the R-carboxylate In an extraction experiment the selectivity towards the R-substrate was increased to 6 STRASBOURG-Sc et Techniques 674822102 Sudoc Sudoc France FR
