Polymer-supported organotins are convenient reagents to achieve organic synthesis and to circumvent problems due to pollution by tin residues First we studied the reactivity and the recycling of a polymer-supported phenyltin reagent towards Stille cross-coupling The low levels of tin and palladium in the cross-coupling products prompted us to synthesize other supported aryl-and heteroaryltins In a second part new functionalized grafted vinyl- alcynyl- allyltins were prepared and fully characterized by NMR HRMAS These reagents were efficiently used in Stille cross-coupling for supported vinyltins and in the allylation of benzaldehyde for supported allyltins Last a new route to 5-substituted-1H-tetrazoles was developed by using alkoxy organotins This work exhibits the advantages of the solid-phase methodology namely its easy workup which allows a very low level of tin contamination in the final products and the easy recycling of the polymer-supported organotin reagents L immobilisation sur support solide est une m thode de choix pour utiliser les outils de la chimie organostannique tout en liminant les probl mes de toxicit et de purification dus aux r sidus organostanniques Dans une premi re partie une tude de la r activit et de la recyclabilit du ph nyl tain support a t r alis e dans le cadre du couplage de Stille Les taux de contamination tr s faibles en tain et en palladium mesur s dans les produits de couplage nous ont conduits synth tiser de nouveaux aryl et h t roaryl tains support s La synth se de vinyl tains d alcynyl tains et d allyl tains support s a permis une caract risation compl te de ces compos s par RMN HRMAS La r activit de ces compos s a galement t tudi e vis- -vis de la r action de couplage de Stille pour les vinyl tains et la r action dans le cas de l allylation du benzald hyde pour les allyl tains support s Enfin nous avons d velopp une m thode de synth se de t trazole -1H-5- substitu s faisant intervenir un alcoxy tain comme catalyseur de la r action Ce travail met en avant l int r t des organostanniques support s leur facilit de mise en uvre leur recyclabilit et surtout l observation d une pollution n gligeable par l tain dans les compos s synth tis s NANTES-BU Sciences 441092104 Sudoc Sudoc France FR
