Yosef Rozsansky is a registered dietitian, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist with over 15 years of experience working with clients in order to help them enhance their athletic performance, improve their physical and mental health, and make positive lifelong eating and exercise behavior changes. He worked with all types of clients from professional athletes, college students, and actors, to working professionals, teens, fashion models, and pregnant moms.
Rozsansky provides a private nutrition counseling and consulting practice for adolescents, adults, sports teams, and small businesses in Trenton, New Jersey.
Furthermore, Rozsansky works as a nutrition consultant for Organic Religion. This is a Moscow based company for fresh juices. His tasks include helping the company to create their juice recipes.
Yosef Rozsansky has worked as an independent sports nutritionist at Columbia University Athletics from 2007 to 2015. There worked with the athletes and helped them to plan their pre and post-game meals. Rozsansky assisted student-athletes to achieve peak performance by providing individual and group nutrition counseling and by giving team presentations.
From 2000 to 2007 Yosef worked as an independent sports nutritionist at Barnard College Student Health Services. There he counseled students, was a member of the multidisciplinary eating disorder team and conducted healthy eating presentations.
Yosef holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Teachers College, from Columbia University. There Rozsansky also completed his dietetic internship.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
