Today he is president of Aperion Care, where he oversees the work of more than 40 nursing facilities in Indiana and Illinois as well as other properties. During his time with the firm, he grew the company’s portfolio from 2 to 24 nursing homes dispersed throughout Indiana and Illinois.
Yosef didn’t only supervise the establishment of all 24 nursing homes across the Midwest, but he also organized all human resource and finance operations for each of the centers. With nearly two decades of experience in residential administration, Yosef Mystel possesses experience assisting people with finding homes for their loved ones.
Currently, Mystel is the President of Aperion Care, an Illinois-based company providing a wide range of holistic services, encompassing a lot of professional caregivers, medical doctors, and physiotherapists.
Yosef Meystel from Aperion Care has launched a project for health care aiming at improving the quality of life of the elderly in their own home.
The goal of Meystel is to integrate the social and health care of the elderly, to activate the local community and to develop motivation among young people to help the elderly and with the disadvantaged, without the great financial investment of the wider community.
This kind of involving young people with a positive example and its own actions certainly works well for the appropriate thinking and behavior of young people. The main goal of the project is reducing the demands of old, lonely and powerless persons for accommodation in institutions, that is, homes for the elderly.
This project provides direct help to the elderly in their own home, which is reflected in the maintenance of hygiene of the elderly, the hygiene of the apartment, supply of food, cooking of light meals, a reminder of the medical checks, as well as the help in the visiting doctor.
