Vishnu is Head of EY Client Technology AI Centre in Bangalore where he manages efforts on artificial intelligence and machine learning. He led interdisciplinary and multi-site teams to solve challenging problems in diverse fields such as healthcare, geoscience, video surveillance, autonomous navigation, document intelligence and fashion e-commerce.
He has extensive experience in the areas of deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, image compression and 3D data visualization. He holds over fifteen US and European patents with several others pending. He has published over twenty five papers in reputed international journals and conferences.
He received numerous awards and citations for his innovative work. He has received best paper and travel grant awards. He has been an invited speaker and panellist in a number of industrial conferences and workshops.
