I work to help authors maintain and archivable record of their work in the scientific literature, and for improving accessibility to that vast and growing body of scholarship. I am a keen advocate for open access and open research and have served on cross-industry groups for implementing data citation principles and for standardizing data policy.
The Workplace Equity project is working to capture data on workplace experience and practice in the professional/scholarly publishing industry. Mapping the parameters that define the current landscape will help identify any perceived gaps in parity, define drivers for change and provide solutions for improved outcomes.
