Roghieh Nooripour obtained her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and Doctoral degree from Alzahra University, one of the leading universities in Iran. As a counseling psychology researcher, Dr. Nooripour provides clinical services and conducts research in individual and family psychology. She was elected as a distinguished research student at Alzahra University in 2018. Dr. Nooripour is a member of Iran's National Elites Foundation since 2012 and a lifetime member of the Iranian Psychological Association. She currently works as an affiliated research scientist at IBHRI.
Dr. Nooripour's research focuses on various areas of psychology, such as mindfulness, stress, mental health, quality of life interventions, psychometrics, cancer patients, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, and child and family health and well-being. She has conducted several studies and published research papers in reputable academic journals, making significant contributions to the field of psychology. Moreover, she has presented her research at various national and international conferences, demonstrating her expertise in the field.
Apart from her research, Dr. Nooripour is a dedicated educator and mentor, teaching counseling psychology courses and supervising graduate students in their research projects. She has provided workshops and training sessions on various psychology and mental health-related topics.
Dr. Nooripour is devoted to enhancing the lives of individuals and families through her research, clinical work, and educational efforts. Her contributions to the field of psychology have been recognized through numerous awards and honors, including the Distinguished Research Student award and the Best Paper award at the National Congress of Clinical Psychology.
