Results focus, determined and enthusiastic I am, at L'Oréal R&I, in charge of consumers studies (Qual & Quant) for the validation of new technologies/innovation of all hair care products in Europe.

Passionnate about consumer's behaviour I was, during my time at Givaudan, in charge to develop news methodologies to analyse consumer's behavior and consumer's feelings during a CLT.

Moreover, I have also strong statistical skills and knowledge in consumers' behavior, neuropsychology, neurosciences and neurobiology. This expertise is a real advantage to better understand consumers needs and thought.

Study project leader in the Product Performance Evaluation team in L'Oréal Hair care R&I, - Qualitative & quantitative studies in Instrumental cosmetics, Hair care, Coloration and styling categories - Maximise the potential of L'Oréal innovations and provide consumer-centric proof of performance - Help marketing teams to produce new claims that highlight the value of the innovations in the marketplace
