Lucky Nugroho is a lecturer at a private university (Mercu Buana University) and a practitioner in an Islamic Bank (Bank Syariah Indonesia). He has more than fifteen years of experience in the banking industry, especially in the micro banking business and strategy performance. He teaches budgeting, Islamic Finance, Islamic Accounting, Good Corporate Governance, and Islamic Banking. He earned his bachelor's in accounting from the Islamic University of Indonesia, Master's degree in finance from Trisakti University, Master's degree in Islamic Accounting from Padjadjaran University, Advance Master's degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, a postgraduate in Sustainable Local Economic Development from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He has already finished the Ph.D. program in Islamic Banking and Finance at Trisakti University, Indonesia, in 2021. He has focused on empirical research and the conceptual bridging of the gap.
