I have a long activist history. I was involved at the top levels with current groups like Occupy Wall Street, Democracy in Europe (DIEM25), The Climate Mobilization, Greenpeace, 350.org and many local groups. I was the Boston group co-leader for The Climate Mobilization until 2016. I also worked at leadership levels in the peace movement in the 1980s. There were a lot of good people in those efforts. In every case, however, each of these groups failed to achieve the impact they sought. I’ve conducted a lifelong research effort to find the causes of these failures.
I was very lucky. I made a number of very unexpected but profound discoveries. I recently published 2 books that summarize the discoveries as they relate to climate and social justice. Importantly, all of these discoveries relate to communication and organizational flaws. These flaws are severe enough that if not promptly addressed, they will cause major collapses in world civilization. I am currently reaching out to environmental and social justice activists around the world to help implement these discoveries.
