Licensed Civil Engineer with experience in water resources planning and anlaysis, particularly with surface water hydrology and agricultural water systems. Past work has included research with irrigation processes focused on limiting uncontrolled surface water application and increasing water use efficiency. My time as an engineering consultant involved planning and management activities for water management districts and state/federal agencies, including regional surface and groundwater planning and preparing infrastructure grant applications. Currently a first-year PhD student studying Water Resources Engineering. Research Interests:      Modeling and measurement analysis for optimizing water resources systems. Conjunctive management practices and sustainable use of surface and groundwater. General hydrology and irrigation and drainage engineering.
