Personal Data
Personal data is any data relating directly to a user as a person, regardless of your actual use of the service. This includes the username, e-mail and other contact information, gender, information on conferences that the user attends and MyScienceWork groups to which the user belongs. MyScienceWork stores the data that you provide and that you publish on the web service. For example, if you add your academic background to your profile page, if you join a group or if you talk about a conference. MyScienceWork will process your data in order to run the web service. For example, if a user visits your profile, your data will be used to view your profile page. Very basic data (e.g. your name) are visible to all users. Traffic Data
Traffic data is data about your use of the MyScienceWork network. It mainly includes information about your connections (time, duration, and activities when you are connected). If you delete your MyScienceWork account, the Company will automatically delete your personal traffic data.
