Season 2, Episode 2: Easy Rider
By observing the methods of teaching French as a foreign language, Laura Nicolas, a third-year PhD student at the University of Paris III, applies herself to revealing the importance of expression in learning: a multilateral exchange between teacher and students that transcends the traditional divide between the two roles and leads to some surprising situations.
This meeting is also an opportunity for Arthur to reflect on the long-term commitment that his own role as a PhD candidate represents, and to reveal to us one of the main themes of his thesis.
