Since 2012, Adoc Talent Management has been interested in PhDs' competencies and career pursuits. In their first study, Adoc Talent Management found the strong relationship between the skills developed during the doctorate and the needs of the labor market. The 2017 edition of the Employment Survey, conducted in partnership with Pierre et Marie Curie University, Paris-Est University and the Ecole Polytechnique, provides further details on the competences of PhDs, thanks to the follow-up of the same group of PhDs at 1, 3 and 5 years after their graduation.
